Arrange a hand into a sequence
Each challenge deals you a hand of illustrated pose cards. Your job is to arrange them into a sequence that actually holds together: preparation before the demanding shape, recovery after it, transitions that make sense from one position to the next.
Four things shape the result — body focus, intention, transition quality, and recovery. None of them is a hidden score you have to reverse-engineer. The game tells you what it saw and why, in clear, non-punitive feedback, and then lets you try a different arrangement.
Every challenge allows experimentation. There are no lives to run out, no countdown, and no harsh failure screen waiting for a wrong card.
From Dawn to Stars
As you complete challenges, the landscape grows. It moves through a full arc — Dawn to Stars — and the progress is yours to keep. This is the spine of the game: not levels to clear and discard, but a place that fills in as you play.
Completed sequences are collected in a local pose journal, and any of them can be replayed as a flowing illustrated scene. A sequence you were pleased with three sessions ago is still there, and still watchable.
Pose Match, for when you want something simpler
Sunrise Flows also includes Pose Match, an endless match-three puzzle built on the same illustrated pose library. Each round selects five poses and asks you to create matches by swapping neighbouring tiles. It is the low-effort mode — the one for a coffee break, when arranging a full sequence is more thought than you have to spare.
